OpenMahj

Privacy Policy

Effective August 31, 2026

OpenMahj is a Limestone Labs LLC product. This policy explains how we handle information when you use OpenMahj.

Information we collect

How we use information

We use information to operate multiplayer games, create and secure accounts, provide membership features, process and reconcile subscriptions, restore settings, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and disclosure

We share information only as needed with providers that operate the service, principally Amazon Web Services for hosting, storage, and authentication, and Stripe for billing. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer.

Retention and security

We retain account information while an account remains open and as reasonably necessary for billing, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Operational logs and transient game data may be retained for shorter periods. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may play anonymously without providing an email or payment information. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information through the Limestone Labs contact form. Some billing or security records may be retained where required by law or legitimate operational needs.

Children

OpenMahj is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 provided personal information.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will post material changes here with a new effective date. Privacy questions or requests may be sent through the Limestone Labs contact form.
