Terms of Service

OpenMahj is a Limestone Labs LLC product. By using OpenMahj, you agree to these terms.

Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use OpenMahj. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use.

The service

OpenMahj provides browser-based American Mahjong play. Anonymous play is free. OpenMahj+ is an optional paid membership that adds account-based features. We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your password, and all activity under your account. Do not share an account, impersonate another person, disrupt games, probe the service, or use it unlawfully. We may restrict or close accounts used abusively or in violation of these terms.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

OpenMahj+ costs $2 per month or $20 per year, plus any applicable taxes. Stripe processes payments. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until canceled. Pricing changes apply only after reasonable advance notice and do not change a period already paid for.

You may cancel before renewal from the account panel or through the Limestone Labs contact form. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Payments are governed by the Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

OpenMahj and its original software, visual design, text, and artwork belong to Limestone Labs LLC or its licensors. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial play. OpenMahj is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Mah Jongg League.

Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage of game or account data, or compatibility with every device. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Limestone Labs LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
