Refund Policy

Effective August 31, 2026

OpenMahj+ subscriptions are non-refundable. Monthly and annual charges are final once processed, and we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time.

Cancellation

You may cancel before your next renewal from the account panel or through the Limestone Labs contact form. Cancellation stops future charges. OpenMahj+ remains available through the end of the period already paid for.

Billing errors and legal rights

If you believe a charge is duplicated, unauthorized, or incorrect, contact us promptly through the Limestone Labs contact form. Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.

OpenMahj is a Limestone Labs LLC product. Stripe processes OpenMahj+ payments.
